ZEC成立于1999年,是一家集设计、研发、制造、和现场服务的汽车工装流水线的综合性专业私营企业，位于上海市嘉定区南翔镇丰翔路2710号。
ZEC, established in1999, is a specialized private enterprise integrating design, researching, manufacturing and serve on site of automotive assembling fixture in one, and located in No.2710, FENGXIANG Road, JIADING District, 201802, Shanghai, China.

    公司拥有专业的夹具设计人员，具备丰富的经验和先进的设计手段,各类加工设备及检测设备齐全。目前主要经营汽车工装夹具、检具、非标生产和装配专用机械设备的设计、加工、装配、检测和调试等业务，能够满足汽车厂的各类设备上的需求并提供良好的现场服务。
We have professional designers with experienced and advanced design artifice, and enough machining facility and measuring device. At present, our main business focus on design，manufacture，assembly, measuring and adjusting of welding fixture and checking fixture and nonstandard device. We can meet kinds of request in auto equipment and provide well service.

    公司员工总数为202人，厂房面积有6500平方米，其中组装、调试区域2800平方米，已具备了可在公司模拟汽车生产线现场及焊装白车身的条件。
Our company is equipped with 202 staffs. The plant covers 6500 m2 in total, among which, around 2800 m2 area is used for assembling and adjusting. We have the ability to simulate the auto main line and weld the Body in White in ZEC.

    公司自成立以来在汽车夹具，检具方面取得了飞速地发展，是上海大众、上海通用、上海汇众、江西五十铃、ABB、柯马、爱达克，库卡和德国大众的指定供应商。2006年我们的设计部门取得了日本著名夹具公司富士海外协作公司的资格，目前已经多次参与他们的海外业务。
ZEC has great development of welding fixture and checking fixture, is appointed supplier to SVW, SGM, SHAC, JAC, ABB, COMAU, EDAG, KUKA and VW. Our design department got the qualification to work together with Japan FUJI in 2006. Until now, we have worked several abroad businesses of them.

    在公司发展的同时，我们也非常重视企业内部的管理。为了深化管理，提高产品质量，接轨国际夹具行业的技术水平，2005年我们特地委托德国莱茵TUV申办了ISO－9001:2000的质量管理体系认证，经过一年半的培训、审核、整改，已于2006年顺利通过了认证。
With the development of our enterprise, we also highly regard of company management. In order to intensify management, improve our quality, we consigned TUV in Germany Rhine to apply for ISO-9001:2000 in 2005. After more than one year of training, auditing and rework, we passed the final audit in 2006.

    本着服务客户的原则，我们在项目操作的过程中不断积累经验，形成了一支强大的项目管理团队。实施项目时，不论项目大小，都会由专人负责，定期进行进度汇报。与客户的沟通也相当及时，确保最大限度地满足客户的要求。
We have a powerful project management team with rich experience, to ensure good service to our customers. We will appoint a person to deal with different project, and this person will report his project schedule and communicate with customer timely. So, we could meet customer’s requirement furthest.
